We do have to charge for some areas of Scotland and the Isle of Wight (apologies). Pallet delivery is for all stoves, chimney liner and twin wall pipe. Aside from the Isle of Wight we do not delivery over water if a ferry is required.

Aside from the Isle of Wight/ Isle of Man we do not deliver over water if a ferry is required. Customers living on Scottish islands will usually use a freight forwarder but once again please feel free to ask (we do not send pallets to Scottish Islands sorry).

Parcels (rather than pallets) to Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight incur no extra charges.

O/No 19219 The stove arrived well packed palletised with a secure Plywood box and when opened up was perfect ,the info and assistance from Stovefitters is second to none perfect!! will definatley recommend Stovfitters .
The instalation went well and now is running fine just in time for the Scottish winter which can be long.and I hope not too much -20 C great job If I need another stove I will for sure use stove fitters in the future

A wonderful medium sized stove with a contemporary design. You feel the quality of design and constructure. With the 2 valves you are able to control the fire, it gives a great heat-output and the large window provides an atmospheric display of the fire. Love it!

The purchasing process was excellent and I received very useful advice and guidance on what parts to order (we are going to fit the stove and pipe ourselves). They kept us right on building regs and standards and ensured all parts arrives quickly and undamaged. We haven't actually installed the stove or pipe yet, so I will need to come back and update my review once that parts completed. But so far I can't rate these guys highly enough, very knowledgeable and want you to have the best results and products for your install.
