Stove pipe insulation

Haven't fitted the insulation to the pipe yet, but from looking at the way it is manufactured and the thought which has gone into its production tells me it is going to
be worth the expense. The fitting of the insulation to the pipe looks for less contrived than I had imagined. The difficult bit could getting into the chimney. All arrived on the alloted day and well packed. The driver delivered to my door with a smile.

Linertherm liner insulation blanket

I bought a 3m length and two 1m lengths as I wasn't sure how much would actually go in once the height of the pot was accounted for and whether it would go around the bends. In the event I secured all 5 metres, which fitted very neatly and overlapped. Looks to be good quality. It was tight, but it all pulled in. I definitely suggest that the leading end is very secure as a lot of force was required pulling it in.
