We did not choose this stove as is usually the case - this stove was chosen by our customers. We added the Heta Inspire to our site following a particularly high demand for quotes for the stove from our customers, despite the fact that it was not on our website - this being a sure sign that a stove is a potential winner :-)

Waited a long time to get my Heta Stove and it was certainly worth the wait

We bought the Heta Inspire 45 a(nd a Saltfire ST-X5) from Stove Fitters Warehouse because we found the comprehensive information and comparisons on the site to be really useful and helpful in making an informed decision, especially as first time stove owners. The prices were unbeatable and stock was readily available and it was easy to see what stock was available. The order process was very easy and smooth and I was asked which delivery date I wanted. Both Stoves I ordered turned up exactly when promised and were faultless. They’re now both installed and I’m very happy and would heartily recommend Stovefitters to anybody looking to get a stove or even wanting more information or guidance. The Heta is especially impressive and can really kick out the heat. The control lever is very sensitive and can create glorious flame patterns that are almost hypnotic. I especially like that the paint is factory cured so you don’t need to faff about running in in!

Our Heta inspire 45

I experienced a few problems with damage. My stove was damaged in transit, it was obvious that the stove had been hit by a forklift truck. The stove had clearly been hit by one of the forks, breaking the glass and damaging the rear heat plate.
Everyone at Stovefitters were really nice and very helpful.
After returning the damaged stove, a new one was delivered…. Unfortunately at sometime during transit the internal stones got broken.
Again, all were really helpful at Stovefitters … Ellie, Arran and all, thank you.
I would suggest a look at how the delivery company are treating / handling your goods.
