We bought the product (a closing plate for a five inch flue). It was delivered promptly and did the Job exactly as intended. Then I found the original closing plate I had mis-laid. Ah well! Having spent most of the previous year researching a small stove for our garden log cabin it was such a relief to find Stovefitters Warehouse, just wish I found them a lot sooner. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a wealth of information and videos available. We had previously been quoted rediculous prices to install a stove but after studying Stovefitters info we decided to do this ourselves. Communication was very efficient, by text and phone calls, and all our queries and questions were answered. So good to have 'real people' to contact. We orderred the Salamander Hobbit stove and the shed fitting kit. The stove is awesome and kicks out a lot of heat for its size, we returned a couple of items from the fitting kit and orderred others, all straight forward and simple. We have recommended Stovefitters to several friends already and will continue to do so. Would definitely use them again, excellent company to deal with.
