Popped into the showroom, helpful member of staff talked through the options and set up all details and information I required, easy purchase on line when I was ready to do so. Easy to organise delivery, delivery only to the bottom of drive 200m away which was a challenge, but had been informed due to the size of the lorry delivering. (Even though paid delivery). All in all good friendly and informative service . Waiting now to have it all installed.

Ekol Clarity Double Sided 14

We purchased the stove from Stove Fitters Warehouse on 27th July this year and it was delivered on time to Norfolk and in perfect shape.

We had it fitted a few weeks ago ( just hooked up to an existing flu installation) and the HETAS installer commented on how simple the stove was to install.

We have only done the initial “running in “ of the stove and the tempering as per instructions, but so far so good. No smoking on refuelling, easy to light etc.

Looking forward to using it in ernest when winter hits us.

Ekol Double Sided Clarity 14kW Stove

Recently had my twin wall flue system designed and supplied by The Stove Fitter's Warehouse. I also ordered an 'Ekol Double Sided Clarity 14 Stove "Double Intruder" Ecodesign Wood Burning Stove' at an amazing price.

The flue system parts including the stove were delivered by the due date. Driver even offered help to store it in the garage.

Found one part was missing, informed The Stove Fitter's Warehouse and it was delivered within 2 days.

Absolutely delighted with service received, speedy delivery and an unbeatable price (having researched with a number of other companies).

Would highly recommend you give them a try, I think you will be amazed.
