The stove arrived neatly packaged and bang on time. We were able to choose when it arrived and the guys helped us get the pallet onto our trolley. It is a fabulous stove, well made and easy to use. The instructions and support were second to none and it proved very straight forward to install. I can heartily recommend this stove and buying it through StovefittersWarehouse who provide absolutely everything you might need and all the advice you could possibly ask for. perfect winter warmer

After being persuaded to have a stove in o

ur conservatory by my wife ,I finally succumbed and opted for the Ekol Crystal , it's a smashing little stove which soon warms the room up, only wished we had bought earlier as it makes the conservatory more usable in the colder months, the stove arrived on a day of our choice and packaged securely. excellent service . One very happy customer . would definitely use stove fitters again

Ekol Crystal 5 Stove and associated support

This is my second Ekol Crystal Stove, albeit this is the slightly smaller 5kw to the previous 8kw that I installed in a previous house. It's a well made solid stove which I don't think can be beaten for the price point hence going back for a second time, the team at Ekol are more than happy to help with any technical advice regarding fitting. It's easy to control, easy to light and more importantly easy to clean with the moveable grate.
With regards to the service, this is also a repeat visit having used Stove Fitters Warehouse again. There's a reason for this, they don't disappoint, the unrivalled support to help with installation and guidance when choosing a stove and package. As well as this sorting a minor issue out that was resolved with the component on my doorstep within 48 hours of raising the issue.
Hence my 5 star review on both stove and service provided, should I move house again or get my permission slip granted for a shed stove, I know where I'll be heading first!
