Excellent service - totally know their stuff!

I bought a multi-fuel Hamlet S4 and a chimney liner from Stove fitters and fitted myself. They were absolutely brilliant in providing detailed information to help me choose suitable items and advice on fitting. The online videos were priceless but these were also supported by a real person with expertise who I could chat to online. I had building regs to approve the fit and Stovefitters knew more than he did. I would thoroughly recommend the stove which we are really happy with and would definitely buy from them again.

Customer service was superb when I called to ask some questions about this log burner as we were replacing an old one in the cottage we moved into last year, and we had no idea what we were doing. Delivery was prompt, although we found it difficult to move it off the drive as the drive is gravel so the delivery guy could only leave it at the end of the drive. Despite this, we are chuffed with our purchase and would highly recommend
